We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Eligibility

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging, exactly as received.

• Items that are opened, used, or not in resaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shoppingbeyondborders.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
